Press [Q.MENU] when recording.

Press [Q.MENU] or press the shutter button halfway to close the menu.
Using the Quick Menu with the Rear Dial
You can also set the Quick Menu with the rear dial, without changing your position or the
camera angle when using the viewfinder.
1 Press [Q.MENU] in the Recording Mode.
2 Rotate the rear dial to select the item, and press the rear dial.
3 Rotate the rear dial to select the setting, and press the rear dial to set.
Exit the menu after it is set.
