Call history
Information about the last 200 incoming calls is
stored in the call history. The most recent call
will have the highest entry number. (For example,
if two calls have been received, the call with the
entry number 002 in the call history is the more
recent.) You can review the call history to find out
who has called, return the call or save the caller’s
name and number into the one-touch keys or
directory.
When the call history is full, the earliest entry
is deleted to make room for new incoming call
information.
If a call is answered before the information
appears on the screen, it will not be saved in the
call history.
Unreviewed and total calls
When your telephone is in idle mode, the screen
will display the number of new (unreviewed) calls
and the total number of calls.
Each time a call history entry marked NEW is
reviewed, the number of new calls decreases by
one.
Menu structure
